Bretton H. Barber founded the Barber Law Group in 2013 out of his belief that everyone is entitled to fairness. He devotes his practice to protecting the rights of the accused. He is a member of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, after attending on a full scholarship, and decided to remain in our state. Having clerked at both the Federal Public Defender’s Office and for a Superior Court Criminal Judge, Bretton realized early on in his career that there are people who need assistance and that the legal profession can do a better job of providing such help.
